(a)Tension
The fading of the multitude. An unsuspecting visitor wanders through what appears to be an ordinary mountain, as the setting gradually becomes a mystical, spiritual experience and small altars and semi-solid remains appear on the road. This journey in transformation took place in Chimalhuacán, and the mountain of industrial waste takes on a different configuration after encircling it. In many regards, this pile of sediments should be transformed into an altar, dedicated to the end and limit of all that has been forgotten by urbanization, that we are and do not want to face, and mirrors us like wandering ghosts. This involves the political decision to direct others’ gaze to where we are looking, sitting on the dividing line, as though it were our fate to record it all.
