Tijuana
Tijuana evokes a collective imagination and aesthetic quality that arise from the condition and problems linked to being a border town.
As an architect and photographer, I wished to create an archive of images showing the observer the geographical differences, contrasts in urban and irregular landscapes, empty spaces, and the city’s roads, rivers and reservoirs, using a natural, spontaneous and ethereal visual narrative.
This exercise aims to produce a series of photographs that describe the natural and natural and architectural geometric differences that emerge inside the city, beyond the border wall.
